本实用新型属于一种量角器,涉及一种牙体轴向角度量角器。

背景技术
口腔医学领域有一个重要概念称为“牙体轴向聚合度”,是指当需要进行固定义齿修复时需先将牙齿制备成一定的形态,其中与牙体长轴相平行的轴面的延长线在颌向的夹角为轴向集合度,也就是聚合度。此角度对修复体的固位效果有直接影响,一般认为它在2-6度之间最为理想,但由于口内牙体预备的实际困难,总体聚合度在20度以内也是可以接受的。一般量角器可测量角度为180度,对于牙科来说涉及角度过大,且精度不够。

发明内容
本实用新型就是要解决一般量角器在测量牙体轴向聚合度过程中存在的角度过大,精度不够,操作不便的问题。

具体实施方式

牙体轴向角度量角器的具体设定方法取一点为中心点,并以此为中心画出垂直线1和水平线2两条射线,在水平线条线2距中心点6-12厘米处再画一条与之垂直的垂直向线3,线3与线1同向且平行,以中心点为圆心,线1为0度线,线2为90度线,画与线1呈30度或6度的线4,线4与线3的交点设为点1,以点1为起点画水平线条,与线1垂直相交于点2,由点2向中心点方向量取6-12厘米,为点3,由点3为起点画水平线,与线3相交于点4,连接4个点的矩形既为本量角器正面的图形范围,再以中心点为圆心,线1为0度线,在线1与线4之间以每1度或每0.2度画一条射线,画出1-29度相应线条,完成垂直向31条刻度线,每条刻度线均与矩形的两条水平线均相交,确定刻度线之后将6-12厘米范围之外的部分舍弃,留矩形范围之内的区域既完成量角器的正面或反面设定。
使用方法将牙体轴面之间的关系转移到口外,将量角器的一条垂直轴线与转移设备中的一条臂相重叠,在水平方向上左右移动转移角度设备,至转移设备的另一条臂与任意一条角度刻度线重合,此时刻度读数就代表转移设备中两条臂之间的角度。
