载荷谱 飞行器在空中和地面运行以及运输过程中,结构所承受的典型交变外力的统计表示。它是结构疲劳与断裂设计和试验的载荷条件。载荷谱原则上应代表整个载荷变化过程,但这难于实现和应用,实际上常进行数据处理或简化,因此它只是载荷变化过程的某种近似代表。飞行器各个结构部位在使用中所受的载荷不同,所以不同的结构部位有不同的载荷谱。如对于飞机结构总体,最重要的是重心载荷谱,即由重心处的加速度计算得到的载荷谱。载荷谱包括各种环境条件,如温度、腐蚀、噪声等。必要时,还考虑交变载荷和交变环境因素的综合影响,形成更为复杂的环境(载荷)谱。载荷谱一般分为离散谱和连续谱。离散谱由各级载荷及其发生的频次按某种次序排列组成;连续谱由载荷过程或其统计特性表示。载荷谱或者由强度规范规定,或者根据大量实际测量记录经过统计处理制定。离散谱中最简单的是常(等)幅谱(见图);把若干常幅谱的小块按一定次序排列便得到程序块谱;把程序块谱中各小块的次序打乱而随机排列则得到随机化程序块谱;若直接以载荷的各个峰、谷值进行随机排列则得到随机化谱。连续谱常用实测的一段典型载荷过程表示,或用其所谓功率谱表示。连续谱都是随机谱。考虑地-空-地交替运行效应的、代表一次接一次飞行的载荷谱称为飞续飞谱,它能更好地反映使用情况。若把每次飞行的各个任务段再加以细分,可得到任务段飞续飞谱。飞续飞谱可以是离散谱或连续谱,用得较多的是程序块谱或随机化程序块谱。
