地震预报网遥测系统  利用遥测技术预报大范围地震的系统(见遥测)。地震预报经历了早期的机械式地震仪、现代电磁式地震仪和地震遥测系统等三个发展时期。中国地震预报网遥测系统是将全国划分成若干重点预报地区。每个重点预报地区设置一批遥测台网。每个遥测台网可测地域的直径为200~400公里,分设15~20个综合遥测台站。每个遥测台站配置短周期微震仪和前兆观测仪等若干台。遥测台站通过遥测系统与区域中心联接,形成遥测台网。各区域中心再通过计算机网络联接,就形成地震预报网(图1)。     各遥测台站安装的传感器有井下地震仪,长周期地震仪,中长周期地震仪,数字磁力仪,数字地电仪,数字倾斜仪,数字水氡仪,数字应力计,数字温度、湿度、压力测量仪等。系统中采用的遥测仪有FM多路遥测仪、PAM-FM双重多路遥测仪、PCM-FM数字前兆遥测仪或全数字式遥测仪(图2)。由于地震预报遥测信息量大,采用计算机进行数据处理。在计算机系统中使用前台预处理机和后台主机相结合的方式,并配备记录子系统,包括换纸记录器、X-Y记录仪、多路光线记录器、延时慢速磁带机、数字磁带机和磁盘存储器等。采用的计算机软件包括纵波到达时间判别软件、震中和发震判别软件、震级计算软件以及前兆场参量变动趋势绘图软件等。遥测台站仪器标定指令来自区域中心,利用FM遥测仪的反向通路发往台站。在地震预报网的计算中心,配备高速大型计算机系统,建立大型数据库。各区域中心配备中小型计算机系统,建立小型数据库。地震预报网通过数据通信与各区域中心联成计算机网,实现数据共享、软件共享、联合运算和电子邮件等功能。地震预报网可及时汇总地震信息,通过计算和分析,正确预报震中位置、发震日期和震级等。
