电子探针分子式:CAS号:性质:又称电子探针。是目前较为理想的一种微区化学成分分析手段。根据高能电子与固体物质相互作用的原理,利用电子枪发射的高能量电子流通过磁透镜聚焦成直径约0.1~1μm的电子束(电子探针)轰击样品表面,使样品中被打击的微小区域(简称微区)内所含元素的原子激发而产生特征X射线谱。由于不同元素的原子结构各异,激发产生的X射线波长亦不相同。由电子光源、试样台、光学显微镜、X射线谱仪、电子分析部件和真空系统组成。测量各种元素所产生的X射线的波长和强度,来对微小体积中所含元素进行定性和定量分析。可用于测定高分子材料中元素和杂质的浓度及其分布、添加的成分等。该分析仪还可探测被散射电子、二次电子、吸收电子和阴极辉光等形式的分析信息。
