生态经济指标　　反映有关生态经济系统输入、输出、内部结构及整体功能经济信息的数值。是衡量、对比、分析和评价生态经济系统状况和发展趋势的基础，也是制定社会－经济发展规划的依据。　　　　生态经济指标的分类：　　　　按流量划分　可分为：①反映系统从外界输入物质、能量及子系统间相互输入的指标；②反映系统向外界输出物质、能量及子系统间相互输出的指标；③反映输入、输出两方面因素的生态经济效益指标，其表现可以是输出减去输入的净效益关系，也可以是输出除以输入的比率关系。　　　　按量纲划分　可分为：①实物量指标，如水土流失量；②价值量指标，如污染损失金额指标；③指数形式指标，如生态经济效益指数。　　　　按时间划分　可分为:短期指标（1年以内）、中期指标（1～5年）和长期指标（ 5～50年）。指标时间的长短应根据对象系统的活动周期决定。例如，森林生态经济系统周期长，一般采用长期指标。为了兼顾近期与长期利益,在计算中、长期指标时,可以采用贴现的办法将各年输入、输出量统一折算为现值（见时间优惠率），以利于方案比较。　　　　按反映系统的层次划分　可分为单项指标和综合指标。生态经济的复杂性决定了不能用某一方面的单独指标来衡量全系统的优劣，而须从生态、经济两方面各设立一系列单项指标。如用能量转化率、森林覆盖率，生物生产率等反映生态状况；用产量、收入、费用等反映经济活动。除单项指标外，还要设立综合性指标，全面反映系统的状况，如生态经济综合效益、生态经济损失指标等。　　　　对不同的生态经济系统，应采用不同的生态经济指标体系。例如：①平原生态经济系统可以采用光能利用率、能量投入产出比、土壤有机质含量、森林覆盖率、氮素转化率、劳动生产率、人均收入、成本产值率等指标；②山区生态经济系统可采用植被（草、灌木、乔木）覆盖率、水土流失量、人均收入等指标；③草原生态经济系统可采用单位面积产草量、沙化面积、合理载畜量、人均产值等指标；④海洋生态经济系统可以采用渔产量、捕获鱼鱼龄结构、捕获鱼鱼种结构、资金产出率等指标。　　　　对于宏观生态经济系统，还应包括没有直接产品、其有用效果无法直接以使用价值量来衡量的一些因素，可以综合采用森林覆盖率，沙化面积，土壤流失量，耕地保存率，湖泊保存率，自然保护区面积，野生动、植物灭绝量等作为生态方面的指标，与投资效果、人均国民收入等经济方面的指标共同组成宏观生态经济指标体系。
