消旋山莨菪碱【通用名称】消旋山莨菪碱【其他名称】消旋山莨菪碱片 消旋山莨菪碱片 拼音名：Xiaoxuan Shanlangdangjian Pian 英文名：Raceanisodamine Tablets 书页号：2000年版二部－752 本品含消旋山莨菪碱（C17H23NO4 ）应为标示量的90.0％～110.0 ％。 【性状】 本品为白色片。 【鉴别】 取本品细粉适量（约相当于消旋山莨菪碱10mg），加乙醇5ml ，搅拌， 滤过，取滤液置水浴上蒸干，残渣加发烟硝酸5 滴，置水浴上蒸干，加乙醇制氢氧化钾 试液3 滴，即显紫堇色。 【检查】 含量均匀度 取本品1 片，置锥形瓶中，加50％乙醇30ml，振摇使山莨 菪碱溶解（必要时可超声处理使溶解），加甲基红－溴甲酚绿(1:3)混合指示液5滴，用 盐酸滴定液(0.01mol/L) 滴定。每1ml盐酸滴定液(0.01mol/L) 相当于3.054mg的C17H23 NO4,计算出每片的含量，应符合规定（附录Ⅹ E）。 其他 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。 【含量测定】 取本品60片(10mg规格)或120 片(5mg规格) ，研细，精密称取细粉 适量（约相当于消旋山莨菪碱250mg ），置100ml 具塞锥形瓶中，精密加50％乙醇50ml， 密塞振摇，使消旋山莨菪碱溶解，滤过，精密量取续滤液25ml，加0.2％甲基红与0.1％ 溴甲酚绿(1:3) 混合指示液5滴，以盐酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至紫红色。每1ml盐酸滴 定液(0.1mol/L)相当于30.54mg的C17H23NO4。 【类别】 同消旋山莨菪碱。 【规格】 (1) 5mg (2) 10mg 【贮藏】 密封保存。
