血液相容性分子式:CAS号:性质:是生物材料与血液接触时对血液有无破坏作用的度量,包括是否导致血栓、红细胞破坏、血小板减少或功能下降,是否影响血液中多种酶的活性及电解质浓度的变化,是否引起有害的免疫反应等,如对上述诸因素影响很小,则称血液相容性好,一般高分子材料一旦与血液接触,几秒钟之内就会吸附血浆蛋白,接着就吸附血小板,继而血小板崩坏,放出血小板因子,于是在材料表面凝血产生血栓。硅橡胶表面自由能低,聚氨酯具微相分离结构以及亲水的高分子材料,具较好血液相容性,但都不理想,不能长期使用于血液。肝素是抗凝血的最理想的天然高分子材料,将肝素结合在材料表面,是解决材料抗凝血的有效途径之一。目前,以凝血时间、溶血率两项指标来评价生物材料的血液相容性。
