脊髓缺血性疾病脊髓缺血性疾病  脊髓血管疾病的一种。脊髓缺血性血管病多由节段性动脉闭塞引起。如远端主动脉粥样硬化血栓形成引起肋间动脉或腰动脉闭塞。另外胸腹腔疾病、手术亦可损害脊髓造成梗塞,青年人常与血管畸形有关。由于供血不足,可以造成短暂性脊髓缺血,严重时可以发展成为永久性的脊髓损害。因其他疾病产生的短暂性血压过低,可以加重缺血,肢体远端无力与间歇性跛行为其特点。缺血早期,休息或使用扩血管药物可使无力现象缓解。病变继续发展则造成永久性损害,下肢无力不再为休息或药物所缓解,并可出现肌肉萎缩,共济失调和两点辨别觉消失,晚期出现排尿困难。治疗参见"动脉硬化"。
