红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺陷症红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺陷症  为X连续不完全显性遗传溶血性疾病,男性多发,我国此病主要见一长江流域及其以南各省。根据G6PD酶活性及其临床表现可分为五类。本病发生溶血的机制尚未完全明了,但溶血可被一些氧化性药物、特殊食物如蚕豆、感染等诱发。多数为急性溶血,溶血过程为自限性。临床表现为无力,继而出现贫血、黄疸、血红蛋白尿,严重者可合并胆红素脑病或急性肾功能衰竭。家族史、实验室检查(高铁血红蛋白还原试验、荧光点试验、G6PD活性测定及变性珠蛋白小体生成试验)可助诊。本病高发区可于出生后早期进行G6PD缺陷症筛查,对于患病新生儿注意避免各类可引起溶血的诱因。已发病者亦应去除诱因,碱化尿液并供给充足的水分,所造成的贫血,轻者不需治疗,重者可输无G6PD酶缺陷的红细胞,注意针对并发的新生儿黄疸的治疗。
