氯化胆脂分子式:C5H14ClNO分子量:139.63CAS号:67-48-1性质:白色结晶。熔点240℃。易溶于水及醇,水溶液几乎呈中性,不溶于醚、石油醚、苯及二硫化碳。微有鱼腥臭、咸苦味,易潮解,在碱液中不稳定。制备方法:(1)连续法制备氯化胆碱溶液的三甲胺盐酸盐与一定量的环氧乙烷分别用泵连续送入反应器,反应物在反应器内的停留时间为1-1.5h。反应在搅拌下进行,生成物连续引出,使反应器内的液面保持稳定。反应器引出的氯化胆碱粗产品进入汽提塔,从塔底获得60-80%氯化胆碱液体产品。(2)三甲胺盐酸盐与环氧乙烷反应,然后加有机酸中和并浓缩,制取氯化胆碱。(3)氯乙醇与三甲胺反应制取氯化胆碱。用途:作为饲料添加剂,氯化胆碱具有以下生理作用:可预防肝脏、肾脏中的脂肪积累及其组织变性;可促进氨基酸的再组合;可提高氨基酸,尤其是必需的氨基酸蛋氨酸在体内的利用率。在日本,氯化胆碱的98%用作鸡、猪、肉牛及鱼虾等动物饲料添加剂。大部分加工成粉剂,50%粉剂的制法是在混合器中预先加入适当粒度的赋形剂,而后滴加氯化胆碱水溶液,经混合、干燥而得。有些商品粉剂还配合有维生素、矿物质、药物等。氯化胆碱是维生素B属药物,用于肝炎、肝机能退化、早期肝硬化、恶性贫血等症。
