劳动条件个性化劳动条件个性化individualization of labor condition 劳动条件个性化(individualization oflabor condition)为了提高劳动效率,企业组织针对劳动者的个人特点来设计和改革劳动条件,使其更加适应劳动者的个性。在生产过程中,人们对劳动条件的要求及劳动条件对劳动者心理状态的影响一直为企业组织所关注。实践证明,不仅不同的劳动条件会引起劳动者的不同心理反应,就是相同的劳动条件对具有不同个性的劳动者来说,也会引起不同的反应。为此,一些心理学家就劳动条件如何适应劳动者个性问题进行了研究,并提出了许多使劳动条件适应劳动者个性的措施、方法和原则。如苏联心理学家罗斯(及。。c,BP.)曾研究了规定速度和自调速度的心理作用,两者对比实验研究结果表明,当作业人员凭着自己的可能和意愿,能够控制作业进度时,自己单独调节的速度会提高劳动效率;而强迫规定的速度,则会引起对工作的消极态度。总之,劳动条件的个性化是提高劳动生产率的一个不可忽视的潜在条件。关于劳动条件个性化的研究有两个侧面:一是通过劳动条件的重新设计和改善,来实现劳动条件的个性化;二是根据劳动者个性特点分配其适宜的工作岗位和劳动任务,以达到劳动条件的个性化。 (张燕逸撰张交审)
