旋流分离器分子式:CAS号:性质:又称水力旋流器,旋流浓密机。是基于离心沉降作用进行固液分离的设备,上部为圆柱体、下部为锥体。它无回转部件,依靠悬浮矿浆由圆柱体上部按切线方向进料所形成的流体自身的强烈旋流,使悬浮颗粒在离心力作用下与液体分离。含细颗粒矿粒的液体通过溢流管向上溢流排出,而粗颗粒底流则由锥顶的底流喷管卸出。由于其设备简单、操作可靠、费用低廉,在分离和分级过程中获得广泛应用。在铀水冶厂,它主要用于浸出矿浆的增浓而分出粗砂(底流)。
