二聚环戊二烯 分子式  C10H12 分子量 132.2048  CAS号  77-73-6 性质  无色结晶,有类似樟脑气味。相对密度0.979(20/20℃)。沸点170℃(分解)。凝固点31.5℃。折射率nD(35℃)1.5061。闪点32.22℃。自燃点680℃。溶于醇。本品有α和β二种异构体,α异构体凝固点33℃,β异构体凝固点19.5℃。双环戊二烯中主要含的是α异构体,沸点170℃。本品因含有双键,故易于进行加成反应和自聚反应。 用途  主要用于制药工业。   毒性   本品有毒,具有麻痹性及局部刺激作用,急性中毒能引起昏迷。大鼠经口LD50为820mg/kg体重,兔经皮肤吸收LD50为6.72ml/kg体重。大鼠经口中毒的主要病理变化是肺、胃、肠、肾及膀胱的广泛充血及出血。装置、设备容器应密封,加强通风、空气中最高容许浓度为5mg/m3。操作人员应穿戴防护用具。发生急性中毒者应将其移至新鲜空气处,按一般麻醉药物中毒症治疗处理。   包装储运  采用小口铁桶包装,贮存于阴凉通风处。按有毒易燃危险品规定贮运。
