填充离子交换树脂的电渗析器、电渗析填充床等分子式:CAS号:性质:又称填充离子交换树脂的电渗析器、电渗析填充床等。这是将离子交换树脂充填入电渗析器隔室中,将电渗析与离子交换树脂结合一起的一种脱盐方法。这种装置可以提高脱盐室的电导,并能有效地防止极化沉淀以制备高纯水。但其结构比较复杂,拆装不便。其工作原理为:将H+,OH-型阳、阴树脂予混后填充入电渗析器脱盐室。在直流电场作用下,阴、阳树脂与溶液中的阴、阳离子进行交换。之后,由于电解再生,树脂分别又转为H+,OH-型,解吸的阴、阳离子分别通过阴、阳膜进入浓缩隔室。
