焚化炉分子式:CAS号:性质:又称焚化器。用于焚烧城市垃圾或毒性物的燃烧装置。废弃物经过燃烧,可以减小体积,便于填埋,还可以消灭各种病原体,把一些有毒、有害物转化成无害物,并可回收热能。焚化炉必须是无公害操作,即不应或少产生废渣、灰尘、煤烟和气味等。焚化炉应有除尘、除烟设备,以防止对大气的污染。间歇式焚化炉除在医院或一些地方继续使用外,大部分已被大型自动化炉所取代,以减轻劳动强度。焚化炉的操作温度一般控制在930~1050℃,低于750℃可产生有味气体和煤烟,高于1200℃产生的熔融灰渣将侵蚀炉体耐火材料衬里。空气供应量相当于垃圾体积的80%~120%。焚化后剩余物体积将比原体积缩小50%~80%,最多时达90%。为使炉内垃圾充分燃烧,在一些炉内,垃圾可以在炉箅上不断翻动。焚化炉排气的含尘量有以下要求:对于880kW的焚化炉空气中的含尘量为0.91g/m3;4600 kW焚化炉应低于0.23g/m3。
