鼓泡分子式:CAS号:性质:聚式流化床在一定的气速范围内,床内出现颗粒密度接近临界流化状态的乳化相,和大量在乳化相中上升的气泡群。鼓泡床的流动模型(图暂缺)可简述为。(1)在分布板上方形成的气泡浮起时,就在自己的尾部拖曳了一部分颗粒,随之上升,称之为尾涡。尾涡上升过程中与乳化相中的颗粒不断交换。在床顶部气泡崩破,尾涡中颗粒重新进入乳化相,乳化相中的颗粒则处于向下环流运动中。(2)气泡中颗粒含量稀少,气泡中固体颗粒分率仅为0.002到0.01左右。(3)气泡的周围有一个气体环流层,称之为气泡云,气泡与气泡云之间、气泡云与乳化相之间有气体交换。(4)在乳化相中向上渗透的气体速度和向下流动的固体速度之间的相对速变由临界流化条件所决定。如果气泡尾涡总携带量很大,固体颗粒在乳化相中向下速度相当高时,乳化相中气体流动方向可能倒转,改为向下流动。
