抗生素26/1分子式:CAS号:性质:又名抗生素26/1,左制霉素,制酵母菌素。由Act levorin26/1产生的一组七烯抗生素。该素含A0,A1,A2,A3,B五个组分。各组分均为黄色无定形粉状物,均无明显熔点,150℃以上变黑。各组分紫外吸收峰值略不同,分别为340~362nm,358~381nm,378~404nm等。光和氧均使之失活。各组分抗真菌谱广,并抗某些革兰氏菌,对阿米巴痢疾、人毛滴虫、长毛滴虫有抑制作用、对甜菜蛇眼病茎点霉及多种镰刀菌抑制浓度为0.1~1μg/ml。
