湿式空气氧化法分子式:CAS号:性质:简称WAO法。是指溶解或悬浮在废水中需氧有机组分,在温度175~325℃、压力2067~20670kPa下进行液相氧化的方法。反应所需的氧由含氧气体(一般采用空气)供给,在反应器内鼓泡通过液相。氧化深度主要依反应温度和停留时间而定。目前,WAO法主要作为一种废水预处理方法,处理含有害区别对待人降解物质的高浓度工业废水,如农药废水和染料废水,使废水中有害或难降解物质转化为无害或易降解物质(低分子有机酸),提高废水的可生化性,为后续的生物处理创造有利条件。另外,为降低反应温度和压力,可采用铜离子(Cu2+)等为催化剂,进行催化湿式空气氧化处理。WAO法已实现工业应用,由于它需在高温高压下操作,需用钛材料防止设备腐蚀,因此基建投资和运行费用很高。
