电化学反应器分子式:CAS号:性质:包括电解槽和化学电源,是化学反应器的一种,其核心为具有正、负两电极。其传质过程、传热过程、物料衡算等因素,必须围绕电极的特征来考虑。电化学反应器中的电极可以是实体的或多孔的(其形状为板片状或其他形状;排列方式可以平行或卷绕);可以是单对的或多极组合的;多电极的连接方式可以并联或串联,后者若不用外接线即为双极性式电极连接;容器可有箱式、釜式、板框式、圆柱式等。电解液相对于电极的运动可通过器内搅拌或器外泵送来实现。操作可以是连续式的或间歇式的。当阴、阳极电解液不宜相混时,两极间应放置隔离物,如只起机械阻滞作用,称为隔板(diaphram),如石棉隔板;有一定穿透作用的称为隔膜(membrane),如离子交换树脂膜。设计时应选择各种合宜条件以达到最优的空时产率和经济收益。
