气升式搅拌浸取器分子式:CAS号:性质:双称帕丘卡浸取器。是一种常用的空气搅拌浸取器。浸取槽身为圆柱体,底部呈圆锥形,槽中设带有循环孔的中央循环筒。料桨和浸取剂由上部进料口进入槽内,压缩空气由槽底部引入中央循环筒。该循环筒起着空气泵或空气升液器的作用。操作时料桨沿该筒上升,通过循环孔流向筒外。由于压缩空气和料浆的对流,造成料浆上下反复循环而强化浸取。在不断进料的情况下,部分料浆被空气提升连续溢流到槽外。
