Β2-微球蛋白β2-微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,bmg)分子量为11800,存在于所有有核细胞的表面,特别是淋巴细胞和肿瘤细胞,并由此释放入血循环。它是细胞表面人类淋巴细胞抗原(hla)的β链(轻链)部分(为一条单链多肽),分子内含一对二硫键,不含糖。半寿期约107分钟,可透过肾小球,但尿仅有滤过量的1%,几乎完全可由肾小管回收。β2-微球蛋白在肾功能衰竭、炎症及肿瘤时,血浆中浓度可升高。主要的临床应用在于监测肾小管功能。特别用于肾移植后,如有排斥反应影响肾小管功能时,可出现尿中bmg排出量增加。在急性白血病和淋巴瘤有神经系统浸润时,脑脊液中bmg可增高。因含量微,常用放射免疫方法测定,正常血浆bmg参考值为1.0-2.6μg/l,尿中0.03-0.37mg/d。
