溶血毒素溶血毒素streptolysin 分为“O”与“S”两种。溶血毒素O:为含有-SH基的蛋白质,对氧敏感。若加入0.5%亚硫酸氢钠或半胱氨酸等还原剂,又可恢复其活力,重新具有溶血作用。溶血毒素O具有抗原性,85%~90%链球菌感染患者,于感染后2~3周到病愈后数日或一年内可查到此抗体。溶血毒素S:为小分子多肽,分子量小,无抗原性,对氧稳定,对热和酸敏感,不易保存。能抑制趋化作用和吞噬作用,并对各种细胞(包括白细胞)有毒性作用,能直接和靶细胞膜上的磷脂结合。如果与白细胞接触后,即能将白细胞杀死,与红细胞接触后,即可溶解红细胞。故此毒素在A族链球菌的感染中起主要作用。
