整合蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:嵌埋在生物膜脂质双层中的膜蛋白,是生物膜的基本结构成分。许多具重要生理功能的膜蛋白均属整合蛋白,如膜结合的酶类、载体蛋白、通道蛋白、膜受体等。许多整合蛋白分子中具有一个或多个富含疏水性氨基酸的疏水区,多呈α螺旋。其在膜上的存在方式为(1)单次穿膜,疏水区贯穿脂双层,两末端分布于膜内外两侧;(2)多次穿膜,多肽链数次反折,数个疏水区返折数次穿越脂双层;(3)多个单次穿膜的亚基组成一个跨膜通道;(4)脂化或糖脂化膜蛋白借其共价结合的脂肪酸链插入膜内;(5)膜蛋白多肽链一端穿膜,另一端借糖脂化的脂肪酸插入膜内,两端均固定膜上。分离整合蛋白必须用去垢剂、有机溶剂等破坏脂双层后才能提取出来。
