基因克隆分子式:CAS号:性质:把基因与载体经体外连接成一新的能产生多个复制体的重组分子,转化新的宿主,并在其内能产生多个复制体,且能采用大量培养的技术。大肠杆菌常被用作达到这一目的宿主生物。基因克隆有时也用来代替基因工程或基因操作这一术语。克隆是来自一个共同的祖先,具有完全相同的子代群体。通过克隆技术产生大量相同的DNA分子或特定基因,目的在于进行鉴定或用于其他场合(如用于改造生物的某些遗传特性等)。这一技术的基本操作包括:(1)选择合适的载体(如细菌质粒、噬菌体、柯斯质粒等)构建重组DNA分子;(2)将重组体转移入宿主细胞(如大肠杆菌),重组体进行复制;(3)筛选所需的基因克隆,可以获得大量纯一的基因拷贝。
