逆转录病毒感染  逆转录病毒引起的感染。可表现为人和许多动物的恶性肿瘤和免疫缺陷症。    逆转录病毒(retrovirus)又名反转录病毒,是一组RNA病毒,由于它们在复制过程中必须经过由RNA到DNA这一逆转录的过程而得名。遗传信息从DNA→RNA(mRNA)的过程称为转录,而遗传信息从RNA→DNA则为逆转录。逆转录病毒的名称1970年才确定。逆转录病毒颗粒可分外膜及核心两部分。核心中含有基因 RNA及逆转录酶(依赖RNA的DNA逆转录酶)。病毒感染寄主细胞时,外膜和寄主细胞膜融合而打开,基因 RNA及逆转录酶进入寄主胞浆。在逆转录酶的作用下,基因RNA逆转录生成由病毒编码的互补的cDNA,再用此cDNA为模板合成正链DNA,进而形成双链DNA,双链DNA在细胞核内与寄主细胞的DNA整合。病毒DNA可保持在整合状态,并可传给寄主细胞的后代,也可再转录为病毒RNA,并翻译成病毒蛋白质,形成新的病毒颗粒。    逆转录病毒可分为动物和人类逆转录病毒两大类。前者又可根据生物学特性分为三类:①癌病毒亚科。携带致癌基因,有致癌作用,可诱发白血病、淋巴瘤、乳腺癌等。②发泡病毒亚科。在组织培养中能形成空泡,未见形成任何疾病。③慢病毒亚科。能引起绵羊的慢性神经系统脱髓鞘疾病等。能致人类疾病的逆转录病毒已发现百种以上,也可分为三类:①人类T细胞白血病病毒Ⅰ型(HTLV-Ⅰ型),能引起恶性肿瘤,如成人T细胞白血病、淋巴瘤等。②HTLV-Ⅱ型,感染后无明显症状,不发生疾病。曾在毛细胞白血病患者体内分离到 HTLV-Ⅱ病毒,但不能肯定是它引起白血病。③HTLV-Ⅲ型,有很强的细胞病理作用,但无致癌作用,如HIV(人免疫缺陷病毒),为获得性免疫缺陷综合征的病原。
