重组人红细胞生成素药物名称:重组人红细胞生成素英文名:Recombinant Human Erythropoietin别名:利血宝,重组红细胞生成素适应症: 肾功能不全所致的贫血,包括慢性肾功能衰竭行血液透析治疗和非透析治疗者。 用量用法: 本品应在医师的指导下使用,可皮下注射或静脉注射,每周2~3次给药,给药剂量需依据病人贫血程度、年龄及其它相关因素调整,以下为一般治疗的推荐方案: 治疗期:开始推荐剂量血液透析患者每周100~150U/公斤体重,非透析患者每周75~100IU/公斤体重,若发现红细胞压积增加不理想(每周增加少于0.5vol%),可于4周后按每15~30IU/公斤体重增加剂量,但最高剂量不可超过30IU/公斤体重/周。红细胞压积应增加到30~33vol%,但不宜超过34vol%。 维持期:如果红细胞压积达到30~33vol%或/和血红蛋白达到100~110克/升,则进入维持治疗阶段。推荐将剂量调整至治疗期剂量的2/3。然后每2~4周检查红细胞压积以调整剂量,避免红细胞生成过速,维持红细胞压积和血红蛋白在适当水平。 注意事项: 未控制的重度高血压。 对本剂或对其血红细胞生成素制剂过敏者。 合并感染者,宜控制感染后再使用本品。 少数病人用药初期可出现头痛、低热、乏力等,个别病人可出现肌痛、关节痛等,绝大多数不良反应经对症处理后可以好转,不影响继续用药。 规格: 注射液2000u,3000u,4000u,10000u。 类别:抗贫血药
