雌激素分子式:CAS号:性质:一类含18个碳的类固醇物质。主要的天然雌激素有雌酮、雌二醇和雌三醇,其中雌二醇生理活性最强。β-雌二醇、α-雌二醇、雌酮、雌三醇的相对强度约为1000:10:100:30。体内雌激素以胆固醇为原料合成。雌二醇是卵巢分泌的主要激素,胎盘和肾上腺皮质也分泌雌激素。在男子睾丸可合成和分泌小量雌激素。妇女血液中雌激素呈节律性变化,约在月经周期的第13天~20天达到高峰。卵巢滤泡细胞分泌雌激素的量受促卵泡激素调节。雌激素通过扩散进入靶细胞,与细胞内受体结合,促进基因表达。主要在肝脏灭活,并与葡萄糖醛酸或硫酸结合随尿排出。临床应用的雌激素大多是依据雌二醇的结构进行修饰加工而成的衍生物。雌激素的主要生理功能为:促进雌性动物性器官的发育,使子宫肥大、动情、发生性欲;促进副性器官(乳腺)的发育及产生月经等。雌激素还对脑下垂体后叶所分泌的催产素有协调作用。
