助孕素 分子式C21H30O2,分子量314.47。学名4-孕甾烯-3,20-二酮,又称黄体素、孕酮和助孕素。白色或微黄色结晶粉末。熔点127~131℃。无臭。在空气中稳定,有右旋光性。不溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿、丙酮、二氧六环和浓硫酸。黄体酮是体内黄体细胞所分泌。有激动子宫准备受孕,促进乳腺发育,抑制排卵,停止月经,减少子宫收缩等功能。医疗上一般用于先兆性和习惯性流产、子宫出血、痛经和月经过多等症。可由卵巢中提取,但得量甚微又不易提纯。工业上,以豆甾醇或山药皂草甙为原料合成,也可由醋酸双烯醇酮制得。
