多酶复合物分子式：CAS号：性质：亦称多酶复合体，多酶体系，多酶系统，多酶簇。是多种生物催化剂的集合体，即它由几种不同的酶相互嵌合形成一个结构和功能上保持统一的整体，并具有连续催化生理功能上密切相关的一组反应能力的酶集合体。它由给定酶类的一种或多种分子(种)组成，分子量一般都高达几百万以上。例如在酵母及动物组织中的脂肪酸合成中的脂肪酸合成酶复合体和细菌及动物组织中丙酮酸脱氢酶复合体等。一般可分为三类：(1)可溶性的；(2)结构化的；(3)在细胞内有定位关系的多酶复合物。其中以(2)和(3)占主导地位。如(2)中以脂肪酸合成酶复合体为例，该复合体含有7个不同的酶(其中每种酶分子又有许多亚基以准共价连接而成)。它们围绕着酰基载体蛋白(ACP)排列成紧密的复合体，共同作用于小分子的前体(如乙酰-辅酶A或丙二酰-辅酶A)，催化合成如软脂酸类的脂肪酸。其酶链一般不易拆散成分离的酶，一旦拆分酶就失活；同时在这一合成体系中，中间产物始终不能离开复合体。属于(3)的典型体系是呼吸链中的酶，许多酶一起定位于细胞内的线粒体内膜上。多酶复合体存在的生物学意义，显然是在多酶体系连续不断的反应中缩短酶间距离，使反应以最高效率进行。更为完善的是这类体系大多具备通过其体系内的别构酶来实现其自我调节作用。
