建筑工程自营方式 建设单位自行组织劳力、筹集材料、配备机具完成施工任务直至竣工验收交付使用的经营方式。采用自营方式建造的工程称自营工程，通常由建设单位成立临时机构负责施工管理，或由业务机构兼管。中国在50年代初，由于建筑工程承包力量薄弱，不能适应建设的需要，许多企业、事业单位发展了自营力量，完成了不少工程建设任务。随着施工力量的不断发展，建筑生产专业化、联合化程度的不断提高，自营工程量在全国建筑工程总量中所占比重迅速下降。在第一个五年计划(1953～1957年)初期,建筑业已普遍采用承包方式（见建筑工程承包制）。 自营方式与承包方式相比有明显特点：如由临时机构管理，不利于保证工程质量、积累建设经验和提高职工素质，也不利于提高劳动生产率和降低工程成本。但它作为一种补充性质的经营方式，仍有必要，如当工程零星或处在边远地区，工程性质特殊而当地又缺乏建筑力量等情况下，多以自营方式组织施工。
