二氧化碳分压    二氧化碳分压  〖JP2〗partial pressure of ca?〖JP〗rbon dioxide,PaCO2  代表物理溶解于血液内的二氧化碳,是衡量肺泡通气量的重要指标。婴儿PaCO2平均值为4.6kPa(35mmHg),此后逐渐增高,至18岁达到5.3kPa(40mmHg),即正常成人的水平。PaCO2增高表示肺泡通气量不足,可为原发的呼吸性酸中毒或为代谢性碱中毒的代偿。PaCO2减低表示通气过度,可为原发的呼吸性碱中毒,或为代谢性酸中毒的代偿。
