水力输送装置 将粉粒状或块状的物料与水混合后，利用水的流速在管道中输送物料的输送系统。用它输送块状物料时(如农场输送马铃薯），输送距离一般较短。输送粉粒状物料时，输送距离和输送能力可以很大。输送粉粒状物料的装置称为浆料管道输送装置。水力输送装置还可输送精铜矿、沥青砂、铀矿废渣、淤泥、锅炉灰渣和一切遇水不变质或不怕变质的物料。这种装置不受气候和地理条件影响，可构成任意形状的空间输送线路；输送过程中不污染环境，占地少；输送能力越大，运距越长，成本越低。美国于1957年建成了第一条长达 174公里的输送煤炭的俄亥俄煤浆管线，1970年，更加完善的黑迈萨煤浆管线投入使用，输送距离达440公里,年输送能力为437万吨，管径457毫米，管内浆料流速1.2～2.8米／秒，浆料浓度为45～55％的固体重量百分率,共有4个接力泵站。加拿大、苏联和欧洲国家也都很重视煤浆管道输送技术。 工艺过程 图为煤浆输送系统的组成。煤炭先经过前处理，即将煤在制浆车间破碎、磨细至适当的粒度，加水配成一定浓度的浆料。然后用泵将浆料打入管道，完成输送过程。管道最好埋在地下，露天架设时常常需要采取防冻措施。运距大时，须根据泵的能力设若干个接力泵站。浆料到目的地后，必要时需要脱水、干燥，使物料达到合用的湿度，还要进行污水处理，这些称为后处理。 参数选择 ①物料粒度：一般为8～100目，密度越大的物料，越要磨得细。粒度越小，前处理和后处理的设备越复杂，作业费用也越高。②流速：不同的物料和不同的粒度要选用不同的流速。流速过低会出现沉淀甚至堵塞;流速过高，徒耗能量且加剧管道磨损。为此,应通过试验找出不发生沉淀的临界流速，实际流速应稍高于临界流速。③浓度：针对不同的物料和输送条件通过试验选定。对煤、石灰石和铁精矿一般取物料的重量占浆料重量的50～70％。物料种类、粒度、流速、浓度、运距和输送能力诸因素相互影响，参数的选择要综合考虑，进行优选。 参考书目 E.J.Wasp，Solid-Liquid Flow Slurry Pipeline Transportation,Trans.Tech.Publ.,Germany,1977.
