程海程海又称为黑乌海,位于云南永胜县中部,南北长而东西窄,湖水面积77.2平方千米,海拔1503米,平均水深25.9米,最深36.7,蓄水量19.87亿立方米 。南北长20千米,东西平均宽4千米,湖岸线长45.1千米。程海现为封闭型湖泊,程海原由海口河流入金沙江,至1609年后水位逐年下降 ,不再通江,逐步演变为内陆湖泊,程海虽无出口,但却以地下水方式排泄出部分湖水,故其盐分不高,为淡水湖泊。湖中盛产鲤、白条、压条、红翅等多种鱼类。
