普通话水平测试普通话水平测试是我国现阶段普及普通话工作的一项重大举措。在一定范围内对某些岗位的人员进行普通话水平测试，并逐步实行普通话等级证书上岗制度，标志着我国普及普通话工作走上了制度化、规范化、科学化的新阶段。开展普通话水平测试工作，将大大加强推广普通话工作的力度，加快速度，使“大力推行、积极普及、逐步提高”的方针落到实处，极大地提高全社会的普通话水平和汉语规范化水平。普通话水平测试不是普通话系统知识的考试，不是文化水平的考核，也不是口才的评估，是应试人运用普通话所达到的标准程度的检测和评定，是应试人的汉语标准语测试。应试人在运用普通话口语进行表达过程中所表现的语音、词汇、语法规范程度，是评定其所达到的水平等级的重要依据。普通话水平测试一律采用口试方式进行。普通话水平测试(psc)是一种是我国为加快共同语普及进程、提高全社会普通话水平而设置的一种语言口语测试，全部测试内容均以口头方式进行。普通话水平测试不是口才的评定，而是对应试人掌握和运用普通话所达到的规范程度的测查和评定。经报名核准后，应试者应在规定的日期，凭本人的准考证和身份证，进入指定的考场，并按指定试卷上的内容进行测试。每个试场有2-3位测试员负责对应试者的普通话水平进行判定。总时间在15分钟左右。首先抽签朗读作品和说话题目，准备约十分钟的准备时间，进入考场后首先报自己的单位、姓名，然后按照四项（五项）内容先后进行测试：100个单音节字词、50个双音节词语、（判断测试）、作品朗读、说话。测试全程录音，测试完成后方可离开测试现场，一周左右可进行成绩查询，并得到相应的普通话水平等级证书。
