电磁谐振腔电磁谐振腔electromagneticresonantcavity微波波段的谐振电路。通常在波导的两端用导电板短路而构成的封闭腔体。电磁场被限制在腔内,没有辐射损耗,谐振腔的品质因数Q值较高。随着谐振频率的提高,要求腔体的尺寸减小,致使损耗加大,Q值下降,所以在毫米波、亚毫米波还采用开放腔。在理想的无耗谐振腔内,任何电磁扰动一旦发生就永不停歇。当扰动频率恰使腔内的平均电能和平均磁能相等时便发生谐振,这个频率称为谐振频率。腔内的电磁场可根据腔的边界条件求解麦克斯韦方程组而得出,它是一组具有一定正交性的电磁场模式的叠加。按波导两端被短路的观点,腔内的电磁场也可认为是波在腔壁上来回反射而形成的驻波场。当腔长等于某种模式的1/2波导波长整数倍时,该模式发生谐振,称为谐振模。谐振腔和外电路的能量耦合方式有:环耦合、探针耦合和孔耦合。谐振腔的主要参数是谐振频率f和品质因数Q。谐振频率决定于腔的形状、尺寸和工作模式。谐振腔的有载品质因数Q由谐振腔的内部损耗和外部损耗决定。内部损耗取决于腔壁导体的损耗和腔内介质的损耗,外部损耗取决于通过耦合元件反映的外电路负载情况。
