熔体破裂分子式:CAS号:性质:当胶料挤出速度超过某一极限值时,挤出物表面出现凹凸不平、波浪、竹节、螺旋形畸变以至完全无规的破裂现象,也称弹性湍流。它不仅影响产品质量,也影响产品产量。突其原因是由于挤出时剪切应力过高,熔体各点所表现的弹性应变不一,从而使挤出物在弹性恢复过程中出现畸变,严重时出出断裂现象。影响熔体断裂的主要因素为搞出口型几何尺寸、挤出温度和材料本身的分子量和分子量分布。适当降低分子量,加宽分子量分布,适当提高挤出温度、加大口型间隙、采用喇叭型口型或调节配方都可减轻或避免熔体破裂现象。
