L-组氨酸分子式:C6H9N3O2分子量:155.16CAS号:71-00-1性质:无色针状或片状结晶,在277℃时软化,287℃分解。25℃时在水中的溶解度为41.9g/L,极微溶于醇,不溶于醚和氯仿。味甜。制备方法:从猪血、牛血中提取。猪血经喷雾干燥制得血粉,每100kg猪血约18kg血粉。L-组氨酸常用其盐酸盐([7048-02-4])。将含有L-组氨酸的洗脱液,浓缩至出现结晶,趁热用盐酸调至pH为2.5,立即加入2倍于溶液量的乙醇,静置,沉淀,过滤,即得L-组氨酸盐酸盐粗品,经脱色、重结晶、干燥得成品。L-组氨酸也可从脱脂大豆的水解产物中提取。用途:用作营养强化剂,是氨基酸输液、复合氨基酸制剂中的重要组成。可用于治疗胃溃疡。也用于生化研究。
