L-胱氨酸分子式:C6H12N2O4S2分子量:240.30CAS号:56-89-3性质:白色片状结晶。熔点258-261℃(分解)。溶于稀酸和碱性溶液,几乎不溶于水和醇,不溶于醚、苯和氯仿。制备方法:L-胱氨酸是在1810年由Wollaston从膀胱结石中发现的。1832年,Berzelius将其命名为胱氨酸,它是一种含硫氨基酸,在蛋白质中有少量存在,多含于头发、指爪等的角蛋白中。也可以采用合成法得到。工业上从毛发中提取,收率可达7.5-8%。实际生产中有的只达5%。用途:用于生物化学和营养研究,医药上有促进机体细胞氧化和还原机能,增加白血球和阻止病原菌发育等作用。主要用于各种脱发症。也用于痢疾、伤寒、流感等急性传染病、气喘、神经痛、湿疹以及各种中毒疾患等,并有维持蛋白质构型的作用。也用作食品调味剂。
