低压压热釜油脂水解法分子式:CAS号:性质:早期常用的油脂水解工艺方法。油脂和水在压热釜中通入压力为1MPa的饱和蒸汽。温度达到该压力下的饱和温度(约180℃)。由于在此温度下水在油脂中的溶解度不够,要加入碱性催化剂,一般用钙、镁或锌的氧化物,以氧化锌较普遍。其实质是第一步生成上述碱土金属的皂,金属皂使油脂与水形成油包水型乳液。在上述条件下反应时间为10h左右,分批进行,分解率可达95%。当原料质量好时,所得的脂肪酸色泽浅,不经蒸馏即可直接用于制皂或其他产品。
