1.Using nitrates and ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA) as raw materials,nanometer sized SmFeO_(3) powder was prepared by using solgel method,the parameters of process were optimized.以钐和铁的硝酸盐为起始物,用EDTA络合溶胶-凝胶法制备SmFeO3/Fe2O3复合纳米永磁性粉体,并对工艺参数进行了优化。

1.α-Fe_2O_3 submicron particles with large specific area were prepared by deposition hydrolysis method,and its structure and shape were characterized by means of SEM,XRD,FTIR and BET.用沉淀水解法制备了大比表面积的亚微米α-Fe2O3粒子,并用SEM、XRD、FTIR和BET对其结构和形态进行了表征。

1.The sol-gel method is used to prepare the Fe_2O_3/TiO_2 nano-particles with various concent of Fe from 0.采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同Fe含量的纳米Fe2O3/TiO2复合光催化材料,并用X射线衍射和透射电镜研究了样品的晶体结构和形貌,分别在紫外和可见光下研究了不同Fe含量复合催化剂的光催化降解甲基橙的活性。
