吡嗪吡嗪pyrazine1,4位含两个氮杂原子的六元杂环化合物。分子式C4H4N2。两个氮原子占1,2两位的称为哒嗪;占1,3两位的称为嘧啶,它们都是吡嗪的同分异构体。无色晶体。熔点54℃,沸点115~116℃(768毫米汞柱),液态的相对密度1.0311(61/4℃)。具有与吡啶类似的气味。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚等。吡嗪是一个很弱的碱。它的芳香性与吡啶类似,很不容易发生亲电取代反应,而对亲核试剂比较活泼。碳原子上的氢被甲基或卤素取代后,卤素或甲基上的氢具有活性。吡嗪及其衍生物可用多种方法合成。工业上由乙醇胺在气相催化作用下,失水脱氢合成。六氢吡嗪(或称哌嗪)的柠檬酸盐是一个常用的牲畜驱虫剂,对蛔虫特别有效。2,5-二酮哌嗪是制备肽类化合物的试剂。二苯并吡嗪是一种重要染料。
