喹唑啉分子式:CAS号:性质:又称苯并嘧啶。由嘧啶的5,6-位与苯核稠合的杂环化合物。具有微弱香气的无色固体。熔点48.5℃;沸点243℃。易溶于水及乙醇、丙酮等有机溶剂。喹唑啉是弱碱,pKa3.51,形成苦味酸盐(熔点188~190℃)。与碘甲烷反应,得到碘化-3-甲基喹唑啉盐(熔点125~127℃)。遇碱转变为相应的季铵碱(熔点163~165℃)。硝化得到6-硝基喹唑啉(熔点174~175℃)。由邻硝基苄二甲酰胺,用锌粉和稀醋酸还原制得。用作有机合成试剂。
