光异构化分子式:CAS号:性质:在光的作用下,有机化合物分子从一个异构体重排为另一异构体的反应。烯烃在光的直接照射下,或在光敏化剂作用下,都可以发生顺反异构化。例如,1,2-二苯乙烯就很容易发生光异构化,在313nm光直接照射下,底物无论是反式的或顺式的,都形成93%顺式和7%反式的混合物。共轭多烯烃、芳烃等有机化合物还可以发生光价键异构化。例如,苯用166~200nm光照射,生成亚甲基环戊二烯、盆烯、杜瓦苯(Dewar benzene)和棱晶烷,在结构上很有特色。
