四嗪分子式:CAS号:性质:又名四氮杂苯。含4个氮原子的六元杂环化合物。I~III式为1,2,3,4-、1,2,4,5-和1,2,3,5-四嗪三种异构体。其中较重要的是1,2,4,5-四嗪(分子量82.07,紫色结晶,熔点99℃)。它溶于水、醇和醚。与强碱或稀盐酸作用,或在空气中放置,均易分解为氨及其他化合物;硫化氢或锌及盐酸易将其还原为二氢四嗪(黄色结晶,熔点125~126℃);用甲酰肼为原料,于160℃加热制取。某些(取代的)氨基四嗪对疟原虫有抑制作用。
