脱氟磷酸三钙(defluorinated tricalcium phosphate)分子式:Ca3(PO4)2CAS号:性质:又称脱氟磷酸三钙(defluorinated tricalcium phosphate)。白色无定形粉末。密度3.14g/cm3。熔点1670℃。溶于稀盐酸和硝酸。微溶于冷水,不溶于乙醇。将磷矿石、白云石、硅石等粉碎成80目细粉,按配比送入旋风炉中在1350~1500℃下,通过水蒸气流进行熔融脱氟,经水骤冷熔融体,干燥和磨细而制得。亦可用磷矿粉配以磷酸、少量硅石和纯碱、芒硝,经混合和造粒后送入回转炉(或沸腾炉)于1200℃以上进行烧结,烧成品经冷却、粉碎而制得。产品含P2O5 >40%、含氟<0.2%。主要用作家畜的磷和钙添加剂。也可用于酸性土壤作基肥。
