分布器分子式：CAS号：性质：(一)distributor 是指在填料塔的顶部安置的液体分布装置。其作用是使液体在塔横截面上均匀分布，从而保证高效率操作。常用的操作分布器有：莲蓬头式、冲击式、宝塔式、多孔排管式、多孔盘管式、溢流盘式及溢流槽式。喷淋液体沿填料层向下流动时，并不能保持原来的均匀分布状态，有流向塔壁的现象，影响了气液两相的接触，降低了传质效率。因此，填料层必须分段，在两段填料层之间安置液体再分布装置，使液体能均匀地流至下层。(二)sparger 发酵工业中一般指通气发酵罐中用以提高空气分散效果的装置。如在机械搅拌的通气发酵罐中，分布器有单孔管及多孔环型管。常用单孔管式，管口正对发酵罐底中央，并与罐底保持一合适的距离，这样高速的气流经罐底的反冲，使空气得到良好的分散。分散的上升气泡再进一步被搅拌器打碎成小气泡，达到与发酵液充分混合的目的。
