1.The effect of phosphoric amide herbicide amiprophose-methyl(APM),which was used wildly in agriculture,on chromosome structure and protein composition of root meristems of wheat were studied by exposure to concentrations of 1-4 μmol/L.利用农业上广泛使用的酰胺类除草剂甲基胺草磷,在1~4μmol/L浓度下,对野二燕1号小麦根尖分生组织细胞染色体结构变异及蛋白质组分变化进行了研究,结果发现,随着浓度升高,染色体结构变异率呈上升趋势。

甲草胺  酰胺类除草剂的一个品种。其结构式为:    1966年由美国推广。    纯品是非挥发性结晶,23℃水中溶解度为240ppm,在强酸、强碱条件下水解。杀草机理是抑制蛋白酶的活性,进而阻碍蛋白质的合成。其选择原理是它在不同植物体内降解的快慢不同,在大豆、棉、玉米体内降解较快,因而表现安全;对一年生单、双子叶杂草有较强的杀伤力,但对已出苗的杂草和多年生杂草无效。常用于花生、甘蔗、萝卜、油菜等田间除草。甲草胺属传导型苗前土壤处理剂,药液经杂草幼芽、幼根吸收。土壤湿度大,有利于药效的发挥;粘性大、有机质含量高的土壤因吸附性强,用量须大于砂性和有机质含量低的土壤。可与阿特拉津混用,以防除玉米田杂草,与利谷隆混用,以防除大豆地杂草,从而扩大杀草谱。对人畜毒性低,无刺激性。在作物收获中无残毒问题。
