茴香脑 又名1-甲氧基-4-丙烯基苯、对丙烯基苯基甲基醚。俗名茴香脑、大茴香脑、异草蒿脑。白色结晶。分子量148.20。密度0.98g/cm3。熔点20-23℃。沸点234-237℃。几乎不溶于水。溶于乙醚、氯仿。以1:8溶于加80%乙醇;以1:1溶于90%乙醇。具有特有的类似茴香的香气,味甜。 生产方法:主要采用醚化缩合法。以对甲苯酚和甲醇为原料,先进行醚化反应,然后与乙醛进行缩合反应而得。也可从茴香、八角茴香及小茴香等天然原料中,分馏提取而 用途:醚类合成香料。主要用作香皂香料及制造大茴香醇的合成原料。
