1.Furoin was synthesized by acyloin condensation starting from furfural and VB 1 as a catalyst, and followed by esterification into furoin acetate with acetic anhydride in 88%~90% yield.以糠醛为原料,VB1为催化剂,利用偶姻缩合反应合成了糠偶姻糠偶姻被醋酐酯化为糠偶姻醋酸酯。

糠偶因分子式:C10H8O4分子量:192.170CAS号:552-86-3性质:亮棕色针状结晶。熔点138-139℃。溶于甲醇,热乙醇和醚,不溶于水。制备方法:由糠醛在氰化钾催化下发生安息香缩合而得。将8L水,3L乙醇,4kg糠醛在水浴上加热至60-70℃,搅拌下慢慢加入200g氰化钾溶于600ml水的溶液。反应放热自动升温至80-90℃,稍后即得结晶析出。放置后过滤,用水及甲醇洗涤结晶至洗涤无色,用乙醇重结晶,即为糠偶因成品。用途:用作有机试剂,还原剂。
