异丁香酚 又名异丁香酚。学名1-羟基-2-甲氧基-4-丙烯基苯、2-甲氧基-4-丙烯基苯酚。无色至淡黄色液体。是反式和顺式的混合体。分子量164.21。密度1.09g/cm3。熔点13℃。闪点134℃。不溶于水。溶于醇和油。以1:5溶于50%乙醇;以1:1溶于70%乙醇。具有类似康乃馨的香气。 生产方法:要采用异构化法。以丁子香酚为原料,在氢氧化钾溶液中进行异构化反应,然后经稀硫酸酸解、洗涤、蒸馏而得。 用途:酚类合成香料。香气比丁子香酚更优雅。主要用作康乃馨型香精的调合基料。也广泛用作花香型香精的调合香料。还可用作香皂香料。
